Scared of: "Spiders, axe murderers, serial rapists, big grizzly guys with raw meat in their teeth, being pinched to death by crabs, and being lonely."

Make laugh: "My dear friends Shannon and Jaclyn, Sports Night, Weezer interviews, me, and things that don't know they're being watched so they chase their tails around, or the like."

Make cry: "The thought of someone dying, sad movies where the ending isn't happy, being frustrated, people being right-out mean to me, people who aren't fair to my friends, life in general, the thought that I will never meet Weezer, and when good pasta goes bad."

Facts: (to be read in squealy high pitched voice) "Hi, my name is Laura Holm, I'm 16 years old, I live in TX, I enjoy cooking, playing my flute, and working with kids. My hobbies are listening to Weezer, watching "Cooking with Julia Child" and learning about the history of the chicken. I'm an active member of the German Club, and last year I served as the publicity chair. I also am a member of the high school marching and concert band. If I could ask for one thing for the world it would be that everyone got a 5-disk CD player with Weezer CDs in it, and rice in the tape decks. Oh! And I'm a Pisces!" C'mon! This is the Miss Teen America pageant!

Things to do or experience before death: "Bungeeing off a bridge, travel Europe and Africa, meet Weezer, be in a rock band, stay out dancing all night with my three best friends, buying 10 pairs of shoes all at once, telling random people about my underwear, sleeping until 3 in the afternoon, and taking a shower while wearing a towel."

Favorite foods: "I'm really digging sorbet, and V8 right now. Also, kettle corn, Jello, frozen grapes, fruit, albacore, chicken, rice, pasta, and water...COLD WATER."
